Experience the best of both worlds. Fabulous ocean view condo combines the view and all the amenities: heated pool, on-site restaurant, childrens playground. You ocean views from the livingroom, kitchen, and master bedroom. This unit features a covered balcony off the livingroom with access to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath The second bedroom has also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Threre is a second full bath off the hallway. There is a laundry room in the unit, TV in every bedroom, WiFi and Cable TV. There is even a fire place in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen offeres lovely views of the ocean. The dining table seats 6 plus 3 more at breakfast bar.

This property has three pool (one heated) plus an on site restaurant, play ground, etc. Directly across the street, you will find free, lighted public tennis courts, volley ball courts, YMCA, playground and Public Library.

It is only 17 miles back into Savannah's Historic District.

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~

We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.

Each unit should have a couple of beach chairs that you can take to the beach.

We provide for our Guest(s) a welcome starter kit with each unit which includes the following:

- automatic diswasher soap

- hand soap

- a limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels

- no toiletries will be furnished

Note: any supplies required beyond the initial start up are to be supplied by the Guest.

Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)

Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.

Holiday rates apply for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Three day minimum on holiday rentals.

Additional Costs

All rates are plus 13% hotel tax and a $140 housekeeping fee.
A refundable security deposit of $400 or a non refundable $35 damage waiver is required.
A $30 processing fee may apply.
